Steps for Purchasing Land with Us:

1. Reserve your property via the payment link located on the listing page.

2. We will follow up with you via email to collect necessary information for drawing up the contract (Name, Email, Phone Number).

3. Once we have the information, we’ll draw up a Purchase Agreement, Promissory Note and Land Contract and send it your way to review and sign via DocuSign.

4. Once signed, the property is officially yours! You can use and enjoy the property immediately while you make your monthly land payments. Follow all local and county guidelines regarding land use during the contract.

5. Once documents are finalized, we will set up an online payment portal via Geekpay for you to be able to track your land purchase and make payments. All details of the transaction, payment schedule and copies of the contract are within the portal.

6. Once your property is paid off, we will reach out and collect necessary information for deed transfer.

7. Once we have the required information for the deed, we will draw up a deed transfer for you to review and approve. Once approved, we will get the deed notarized and submitted to the county for recording. Once recorded (typically 24 hours) we will send you a copy of the recorded deed for your records. At this point the land is officially yours and in your name!
